Chattanooga native Taylor Holt loves his job. A resident of Red Bank, Taylor loves the

outdoors almost as much as he loves his wife, Beverly, his dog, Wrigley, and his cats, Otto and

Meatwad. “I love living in Chattanooga. My parents are nearby, plus the great outdoors keeps

me busy.” He also loves his commute—“short!”—and the proximity of other cities.

Taylor is a graduate of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Business

Management. He got into real estate after working in the real estate appraisal business—the

recession caused him to lose his job, prompting a career change. “For me, one of the draws is

meeting new people and helping them find a home they love.” He also looks forward to seeing

Live It! Realty expanding and continuing to provide great service to its clients.

In his spare time, Taylor spends a lot of time outdoors—hiking, boating, and playing golf. He

also likes to read and travel to see live music, as well as spend time with his wife and animals.

Another couple of cities Taylor loves are San Francisco and Chicago. He wants, though, to

retire to St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

As might be expected, a couple of Taylor’s favorite charities are animal-related:  Wally's

Friends (a low cost spay/neuter center) and The Pet Placement Center (a no-kill shelter).
