Find Your Neighbors.

We are thrilled to be part of Chattanooga and all of the amazing places to live.

Our community is full of special neighborhoods, each unique and endearing in their own ways. Learn about some of our favorite areas below.

North Chattanooga

Hip to historical, North Chattanooga has remained consistent in the last two decades as a vibrant place to live and as a reliable investment. With the nationally recognized Normal Park school system, outstanding restaurants and shops, and close proximity to downtown, this community offers unparalleled options in lifestyle, culture, and convenience. The construction of the Walnut Street Bridge in 1890 (now a pedestrian walkway) allowed the area to become a viable residential community and North Chattanooga was annexed in 1930.  Consistent with the Arts and Crafts era of the time, the beloved bungalows are a mainstay of the neighborhood with their welcoming front porches and a style that promotes community. Mixed in you will find Tudors, Victorians, mid-century modern, and contemporary homes, and the majestic Riverview mansions, anchored by the Chattanooga Golf and Country Club. The people of North Chattanooga are as eclectic and interesting as their houses, which makes for a welcoming and exciting neighborhood for you to call home.

Fort Wood

Fort Wood is a hidden gem of Chattanooga. The neighborhood is nestled between 5th Street and McCallie Avenue with Central Avenue being its eastern boundary and Palmetto Street its western boundary. Fort Wood’s roots date back to the Civil War when a fort was constructed by the Union army in 1863. Obviously, a lot has changed since then, but the stunning Queen Anne, Victorian, and American Foursquare style homes remain. The streets are lined with beautiful, mature trees and flanked by stone sidewalks that include impressed plaques in front of each of the historic homes with the name of the original owner. The homes may be historic, but the neighborhood has a young, vibrant buzz with pedestrian traffic, neighborhood events, and even a community dinner held each month at a different home. Take a stroll through history and walk the streets of Fort Wood. You may just stumble across your dream home! (Photo: Realtor.com)

Southside

Chattanooga’s Southside neighborhood is buzzing! The neighborhood went through a period of revitalization, and was reborn as a young, hip, and energetic part of our beloved city. The district is chock-full of lunch time hotspots, fine dining, entertainment venues, shops, boutiques, and art galleries. Sprinkled through the commercial areas of the Southside are beautifully designed urban-chic condos, townhomes, and apartments. If that’s not your style, take a few steps off of Main Street and browse the wide variety of single-family homes. Whatever your taste may be, Chattanooga’s Southside almost certainly offers it! Red Bank

Adjacent to the bustling Northshore community and just minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, you will find the quiet bedroom community of Red Bank. Full of arts and crafts style homes and walkable sidewalks, this tight-knit community is quickly becoming one of Chattanooga’s hottest commodities. Great local restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, coupled with lower housing costs and property taxes are behind the drive for young families or even those seeking to downsize. Drive through town on a Friday night and you will hear the sounds of the band and the see the lights of the crowded stadium and quickly realize that Friday Night Lights are still alive and well in a town where the champion Lions continue to not only dominate on the football field but also in the classroom, where great strides are happening in education. So, if you’re looking for the total package in a small, welcoming community, Red Bank certainly offers just what you are looking to find! (Photo: Bread and Butter)
